Entities Details

The Entities Details page provides a comprehensive overview and chronological sync history grouped by entities. This enables detailed tracking of entities that have been synchronized, including their logs, attachments, and relationships.

Overview

Each entity that has been a source or target in past synchronization processes has the following details:

  • Synchronization History: Records of both outgoing and incoming syncs.
  • Paired Entities: Entities that are currently paired or have been paired in the past.
  • Attachments: A list of attachments associated with the entity.
  • Links: References to other related entities.
  • Sync Errors: Any synchronization errors that occurred when the current entity was a source.

Sync History

  1. Review Synchronization History: This section allows you to review the synchronization history for a specific entity.

  2. Sync History Tab: Contains the history of both deleted and active syncs, as well as DevOps Gate processes. Each grid row reference to a sync run will open detailed sync run information, including logs and all updated entities synchronized along with the current entity.

Mapped Entities

  1. Paired Entities: Review all paired entities that the current entity has been synchronized with.

  2. Linked Entities: Review all linked entities in the relevant system.

  3. Attachments: Review synchronized attachments and their status. Statuses include "Exists in Both Systems," "Deleted Within the Current System," and "Deleted in the Synchronized System."
